Motion Analysis witha Single 3D Camera

Visualize 3D Motion and Forces — Anywhere
Motion analysis that once required specialized research equipment and expertise is now possible with a single stereo camera

Easy Measurement
No calibration and no body-worn sensors. Results are ready to view in about a minute.

Quantify the Mechanical Load on the Body
Quantitatively assess movement issues, such as the source of pain.

Improvement
Carry out rehabilitation and the selection of orthoses or footwear while confirming their effect.
What Gets Quantified

Joint Angle
The angles of the major joints. Individual movement traits emerge, such as left–right asymmetry and how load is borne.

Ground Reaction Force
The contact force between the floor and the foot. It corresponds to the force the foot exerts against the floor to move the body forward–backward, side to side, and up and down.

Joint Moment
The rotational force a person exerts at a joint through muscle strength. It can be used to assess the risk of progression of joint disorders.

Joint Reaction Force
The translational forces acting on a joint, such as compression and shear. They can be used to evaluate the load on the joint's soft tissues.
Use Cases
Rehabilitation
Objectively evaluate improvements in gait and movement from the perspective of joint load. Ideal for pre/post-surgery comparisons and visualizing treatment outcomes.
Clinical Research
Quantitatively capture motion analysis data for use in research studies.
Occupational Load Assessment
Quantify physical load during work tasks to assess injury risk and improve work practices.
Sports & Fitness
Analyze athlete and trainee movements to improve performance and prevent injuries.
